PALAK EGG BURJI

This tastes yummy ..... the recipe is just like normal egg burji .... but at the end add some 1cup chopped palak and fry it for 5 mins.... then serve hot.....this  goes well with both rice and rotis.....

i love it....
so simple and fast.....



INGREDIENTS:

serves 1

if you are cooking for more, just multiply the items :)

    1. eggs                                    2
    2. palak                                   1 cup(chopped)
    3. onion big                            1(chopped)
    4.  green chillies                     3
    5. ginger garlic paste              1tspn(optional)
    6. red chilli pwdr                    1tspn
    7. salt                                       as per taste
    8. oil                                         1 tbspn
for tempering:

  1. red chillies                      2
  2. garlic pods                      1
  3. mustard seeds                  1tspn
  4. cumin seeds                     1 tspn
  5. curry leaves                     4
  6. oil                                    1 tspn
PROCEDURE:

1. take a pan, add oil


2.once the oil is hot, add red chillies, garlic pods, mustard seds and cumin.



 3.once they splatter, ad onions and green chillies. add ginger glic paste if u need. add some salt.




4. put the lid and let them cook till onions become transculent.




5. now add eggs and put lid. 



6. after 2mins , mix them well.(INSTEAD U CAN MIX THEM IMMEDIATELY, BUT I LIKE IT THIS WAY)




7.fry them for 5 mins.



 8.now add red chilli pwdr. and some salt acc to ur taste



9.now add the chopped palak.


 10. now mix well and fry for 5mins.



10.serve hot
